Where is Sonitori Resort located?

We are located across the river from the Street 71, Sangkat Boeung Keng Kang 1 (BKK1), Chamkarmon District, Phnom Penh 12302, Cambodia

What are check-in and check-out times?

Check-in time is from 2:00 PM and check-out is until 12:00 PM (noon). Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), as well as cash payments in USD and KHR. Online bookings can be paid via credit card or through our secure payment gateway.

What types of rooms are available?
  • Standard Room (28 m²) – Cozy first-floor room with queen/twin bed, rain-shower, and basic amenities.
  • Deluxe Garden View (35 m²) – Spacious ground-floor room with queen/twin bed, indoor rain-shower, and private outdoor terrazzo bathtub.
  • Deluxe Pool View (35 m²) – Pool-facing room with queen/twin bed, balcony, and private outdoor tub.
  • Penthouse Suite (70 m²) – Premium top-floor suite with king bed, rooftop jacuzzi, and panoramic city views.
Do you have a pool?

Yes, we have a beautiful saltwater pool surrounded by lush tropical gardens, open daily from 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM.

Is Wi-Fi available?

Yes, complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the property, including all rooms and common areas.

What dining options are available?

We have an on-site restaurant serving Khmer and international cuisine, as well as a bar. Breakfast is served daily from 6:30 AM to 10:30 AM. Vegan and vegetarian options are available upon request.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellation policies vary by rate type. Most flexible rates allow free cancellation up to 24-48 hours before check-in. Please check your booking confirmation for specific terms.

Is the hotel pet-friendly?

Unfortunately, we do not allow pets at the property, with the exception of service animals.

Do you offer family-friendly accommodations?

Yes, we welcome families. Children under 12 stay free when using existing bedding. Extra beds and baby cots are available upon request (additional charges may apply).
